VoxStadia is an independent platform that gathers and publishes football supporter opinion. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use VoxStadia, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We only collect what we need to run VoxStadia fairly and securely:

• Vote and survey responses — the answers you submit to polls, surveys and Matchday questions.
• Club affiliation — the Premier League club you tell us you support.
• Account details — if you create a free VoxStadia account, we store your email address and a securely hashed password.
• Device signals — a randomly generated device identifier so we can enforce one vote per supporter and let you continue a survey later.
• Technical data — basic log information such as IP address, browser type and timestamps.

We use the information we collect to:

• Aggregate and publish anonymous supporter opinion.
• Prevent duplicate voting and abuse of the platform.
• Provide your personal VoxStadia dashboard if you have an account.
• Improve the service, fix bugs and develop new features.
• Communicate important updates about the platform where relevant.

Individual responses are never sold. Published results always show aggregated, anonymous opinion.

VoxStadia uses a small number of cookies and similar local-storage technologies to keep the service running. These include:

• Essential cookies — required for sign-in, session handling and remembering that you have voted.
• Preference storage — used to save your club selection and survey progress on your device.

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how supporters use VoxStadia, so we can improve the experience. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not share analytics data with third parties for marketing purposes.

VoxStadia uses industry-standard security controls to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure hosting, hashed passwords and strict database access rules.

No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we work continuously to reduce risk and respond quickly to any incident.

VoxStadia is operated from the United Kingdom. If you access VoxStadia from outside the UK, you understand that your information may be processed in the UK and other countries where our service providers operate.
